Douglas O. Kinsey, C.E.O.   Leisure Management International Our Executive Team Douglas Kinsey has over twenty years experience in leisure, hospitality and real estate, with extensive experience in the areas of resort development and property management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate acquisitions and dispositions, land planning, construction management and marketing/ sales organization development.  Mr. Kinsey has worldwide experience in the resort development industry and has served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Wyndham Resorts and Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Bluegreen Corporation. In these roles,  he has successfully executed aggressive growth plans, overseeing more than 100 acquisitions at a cost in excess of $1 billion and the construction of over 4,000 units.  Mr. Kinsey has also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NACO/TT and Senior Vice President/General Manager for Fairfield Resorts, where he demonstrated leadership in developing well structured, high performance sales & marketing organizations and in developing and executing strategies and programs resulting in increased market share, profit and revenue Mr. Kinsey has significant experience working with distressed development companies, including the development and execution of a strategic acquisition and growth strategy for a major New York Stock Exchange development company upon its emergence from Chapter 11, as well as holding the position of Senior Vice President with another NYSE resort development company while working with the OTS and RTC in the restructuring and ultimate sale of the company. He has also provided specialized consulting and services to lenders and developers engaged in the restructuring and disposition of non-performing assets Mr. Kinsey has been actively involved in developing and implementing development and construction policies, procedures and processes and has developed uniform Design and Construction Standards for new construction and development for several public companies. He also assisted with their cost controls, as well as enhancing and promoting their brand identity. Mr. Kinsey has developed structured, well organized, high performance management, sales and marketing organizations and has successfully managed all aspects of master planned resort, residential and mixed-use developments, including: Management of An 18,000-acre master planned resort development in Colorado, with 11 single-family subdivision developments, 7 multi-family condominium developments, 2 golf course/clubs and a 100-room hotel. Ownership of a mixed-use resort development in Northeast Georgia. His role as Founder and CEO of Leaf Properties, Inc., a regional resort, residential and commercial development company. Mr. Kinsey presently serves on the Board of Trustees of Truett-McConnnell College, in Cleveland, Georgia.
